橡胶混凝土研究综述
摘 要:由于车辆制造业的快速发展,废旧轮胎造成的危害已经成为当今人们面对的严重问题之一。为有效减轻急剧增加的废旧橡胶带来的环保压力,建议将橡胶粉参入混凝土中制成橡胶混凝土,使废旧橡胶由黑色废物和环境公害变成土木工程领域的绿色资源。本文从工作性能、强度、变形性能、耐久性、抗冲、阻尼、隔声、等方面介绍了橡胶混凝土。

An Overview of the Study on Rubcrete
Abstract: With the rapid development of vehicle manufacturing industry, the harm caused by waste tires has become one of the serious problems people are facing. In order to effectively reduce the environmental protection pressure brought by the rapidly increasing waste rubber , it is suggest that the rubber powder be incorporated into the concrete to make rubber concrete, so that the waste rubber can be turned from blacked waste and environmental pollution into a green resource in the field of civil engineering . this paper introduces rubber concrete from the aspects of working performance , strength , deformation performance , durability , impact resistance , damping , sound insulation , etc .

1、橡胶混凝具有资源循环利用和环保意义
随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,废旧轮胎急剧增加。全世界汽车轮胎年报废量有10亿条以上,中国每有5000~6000万条,并且以每年15%左右的速度在递增[1]。轮胎橡胶在自然条件下难降解,填埋以及堆放地易成为蚊子的滋生场所,污染环境,传染疾病,并有可能引起火灾[2]。日益增加的废橡胶的处理已成为球性环境及资源难题,其合理回收与利用,对于环保问题突出、资源相对缺乏的我国尤其具有重要意义。
废胶粉是回收利用废橡胶的主要途径。橡胶可以加工成各种不同细度的粉状颗粒,粒径1.5mm的谓之胶粉。我国现有胶粉生产厂60多家,年产量约为20多万t[3]。
