铁锶氧体粉末对水泥砂浆流变性能影响研究

摘 要

随着中国经济实力的腾飞,人民的居住、工作环境有了极大程度的提高,因而人们对自己居住使用的建筑材料的安全性有了更多的要求。现在随着混凝土材料的广泛使用,人们进而开始追求混凝土使用的高性能化,高性能化包括了新拌和混凝土材料的工作性和实用性、硬化后混凝土的力学性能和耐久性的要求,而新拌和混凝土的工作性能极大程度上影响着混凝土在后期使用过程中的耐久性和稳定性,因此,人们越来越多地关注混凝土的工作性能。而混凝土性能的好坏差别,主要由自身的流变性影响,所以人们把关注重点转移到了混凝土流变性能的研究工作上。混凝土的流变性能比较难以测得,主要是因为混凝土材料大量使用了粗骨料,因此人们把注意力转移到了水泥净浆的流变性能研究上,但是这两种材料有着较大的差别。主要是由于水泥净浆中没有集料的作用,使得其与混凝土流变性有着较大差异。但是水泥砂浆中未加入石子,可以认为是一种细集料混凝土,因此本课题主要研究水泥砂浆的流变性能。在传统水泥砂浆的组成成分:水、水泥、砂的基础上,人们发现其性能往往达不到使用条件,因此开始着手于向水泥砂浆里加入外加剂等材料,此举使得水泥砂浆的强度、性能等指标有了明显的改善。本课题主要探究铁锶氧体这一特殊矿物掺和料对水泥砂浆流变性能的影响,即水泥砂浆材料在应力应变、温度湿度等因素作用下的变形和流动的规律,同时也测试硬化后试块的抗折强度、抗压强度等力学性能。最后将试验结果和实验数据以图表的形式表达出来,并对试验数据进行更深一步的分析和论述。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China#39;s economic strength, people#39;s living and working environment has been greatly improved, so people have more requirements on the safety of the building materials used in their living. Now, with the widespread use of concrete material, people, in turn, began to pursue the use of high-performance concrete, high performance processing including the new mixing concrete workability and practicability of the material, the mechanical properties and durability of concrete after hardening, and the work of the new mixing concrete performance largely affects the durability and stability in the process of concrete in the later use, therefore, people pay more and more attentions on the working performance of concrete. The difference of concrete performance is mainly influenced by its rheological property, so people focus on the research of concrete rheological property. The rheological property of concrete is difficult to measure, mainly because the concrete materials use a large number of coarse aggregate, so people turn their attention to the study of the rheological property of cement paste, but the two materials are quite different. The main reason is that there is no aggregate in the cement slurry, so it has great difference with the concrete rheology. However, standard sand is often added to cement mortar, which can be considered as a kind of fine aggregate concrete. Therefore, this subject mainly studies the rheological properties of cement mortar. In the traditional cement mortar components: water, cement, sand on the basis, people found that its performance often can not reach the conditions of use, so began to cement mortar to add additives and other materials, this move makes the cement mortar strength, performance and other indicators have been significantly improved. This subject mainly explores the influence of strontium ferrite, a special mineral admixture, on the rheological property of cement mortar, namely the deformation and flow law of cement mortar material under the action of stress, strain, temperature, humidity and other factors, and also tests the flexural strength, compressive strength and other mechanical properties of the hardened specimen. Finally, the experimental results and experimental data are expressed in the form of charts and the experimental data are further analyzed and discussed.
