铁锶氧体粉末对水泥砂浆力学性能影响研究

摘要

当代科学技术急速发展,许多材料被应用在混凝土、水泥砂浆中。铁锶氧体粉末作为一种磁性材料,具有较好的矫顽力和饱和磁化强度,目前铁磁氧体粉末对水泥砂浆性能的影响的研究在国内外都比较少见。传统水泥砂浆由于其脆性大、变形性能差的原因已经无法满足核电站或者某些超高层建筑的要求,这就需要我们能够制作出性能更加优异的水泥基材料。随着各类新颖的纳米材料(如铁锶氧体粉末)的出现,让水泥砂浆的力学性能的提高提供了一种新的途径。

本文主要介绍了水泥砂浆的研究意义、目的及背景,并结合当前国内与国外的研究现状进行分析。本文主要探究铁锶氧体粉末对水泥砂浆力学性能(抗折强度、抗压强度)和初凝时间的影响,在掺入适量减水剂的情况下得到铁锶氧体粉末在水泥砂浆中的最优掺量。

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, many materials are used in concrete and cement mortar.As a kind of magnetic material, strontium ferrite oxide powder has good coercivity and saturation magnetization.Traditional cement mortar has been unable to meet the requirements of nuclear power plants or some super high-rise buildings due to its high brittleness and poor deformation performance, which requires us to produce more excellent cement-based materials.With the appearance of all kinds of novel nanomaterials (such as ferrostrontium oxide powder), a new way is provided to improve the mechanical properties of cement mortar.

This paper mainly introduces the research significance, purpose and background of cement mortar, and analyzes the current domestic and foreign research status.In this paper, the effects of strontium ferrite oxide powder on mechanical properties (flexural strength, compressive strength) and initial setting time of cement mortar were investigated, and the optimal content of strontium ferrite oxide powder in cement mortar was obtained by adding an appropriate amount of water reducer.
